Our Story

King Flooring London is our family-run carpet and flooring shop, based in South Woodford.

Our mission back in 2019 was to find the perfect shop in a great location which would transform King Flooring London into the family business we had dreampt of for years. We searched for some time, but decided to take a step back from this when Covid struck. Our son was born in 2020, and we took some time out from our search until 1st September 2022 when we opened our doors for the first time in Hermon Hill, South Woodford.

Carly decided to make the brave decision in 2023 to give up her 16-year career in the Financial sector to pursue the dream of growing and upscaling the business. Chris, already having many years of experience under his belt, knew exactly who to speak with to offer customers the best possible products and services on the market.

We work with an array of customers, from our local clientele to new build developments to luxury homes in and around Central London. Our dedicated team of fitters have all trained with Chris directly for many years now, and love what they do as much as we do.

We live and breathe our job, and it means everything to us that we provide a 5* service for all of our customers. After many years in the making, we are ready to start our journey as a family and we hope that we will meet you along the way!
