I want new flooring but I have no idea where to start. What are the first steps?

No problem. It is our job to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for our customers.

I'm not confident with my own measurements. What is the charge for measuring and quoting for my floor?

Here at King Flooring London we offer a free measure and quotation service for our customers (Subject to location). Upon request, we will also bring samples along with us for you to peruse in your own home and get a better look and feel of the product before making any decisions. We aim to send your quotation across within a maximum of 48 hours upon measuring, giving you the option of a very quick turnaround if necessary.

Do you take away my old carpet when fitting a new one?

Yes, we offer a take-up and disposal service for our customers. There is a small charge attached to this, which we will explain before going ahead with any works. 

I've seen a carpet / floor online that I have fallen in love with. Can you help me to create the same look in my home?

We love for our customers to come in and have some ideas of what they would like in their home. Please be sure to take screen shots of any images you have seen that you like and either send these via email or show them to the team in-store. We will help to source a like-for-like product or equivalent.

I've heard that prices are more expensive in smaller flooring shops than they are in the bigger, mainstream ones. Is this true?

It is probably the biggest misconception that smaller flooring companies come across and we can confirm that this is not true.

Here at King Flooring London we guarantee that we will price match any like-for-like quotation, meaning that you will never have to worry about paying more than necessary.

We are having building work carried out on our home and we're not sure when you would need to come in to complete the job. What should we do?

We work closely with builders and are happy to liaise with them directly to time our diary around their schedules. Feel free to pop us an email, give us a call or visit us in our showroom to discuss.

What are your payment terms?

We request a deposit of 50% upfront to secure your booking and place your order. The final 50% is payable upon completion of the works.
